We know that in these challenging times, we still want to feel connected to our communities and to be a help to our customers. Andrea and I pledge to support you in any way possible as you work to connect.
Although Pennsylvania Governor Wolf yesterday ordered the shutdown of all businesses that are not “life-sustaining,” please know that we are available, and our business will continue to operate as expected. WebLeaps falls under this provision of the Governor’s order: “This prohibition does not apply to virtual or telework operations (e.g., work from home), so long as social distancing and other mitigation measures are followed in such operations.”
We are committed to keeping ourselves and our customers safe, and although we are NOT physically available, this will not affect the virtual work that we do for your business.
Rest assured that your website hosting and emails will continue to run smoothly. We are here to handle any website issues, WordPress updates, to make website updates including COVID-19 updates, fix email issues and anything else you may need in order to keep your business running online during these uncertain times. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience something unexpected that might come with increased demand or you want to explore other possibilities to keep connected with your customers. Together, we can brainstorm creative solutions.
If for any reason you are having financial difficulties, we ask that you send us an email or speak over the phone regarding your billing. There are certain services that we offer such as posting/emails, WordPress updates, as well as status updates of your business that need to continue in order to keep your website and business running and up-to-date.
Your website hosting/email works the same as a utility bill, such as a cell phone bill or electric bill. It must be paid in order to keep operating. So, to make it as easy as possible to do this until businesses are reopened, any customers that previously received only physical invoices will also get email invoices sent as well.
Also, please note, that your billing account and all bills can be viewed/paid online. If you do not already have a login for our payment system to view open/past bills, contact us, and we can send that information.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. We will be doing our best to answer your questions in a timely manner.
Be safe, be well,
Eric Kimes & Andrea Kimes
