Eric Kimes

Eric's love of communicating with people has made Eric the voice of WebLeaps and is usually the first person you will speak to regarding your website. He will be in direct contact with you throughout your project from start to finish. Eric's goal is to make the website design process as easy and stress-free as possible for you. From client meetings to managing communication throughout projects, he walks you through the process step by step to ensure that every website reflects the unique needs and goals of your business. Whether guiding clients through website designs, maintenance, updates, or ongoing support, Eric’s approachable style and commitment to client success make him an essential part of the WebLeaps experience.
From a young age, Eric showed a passion for computers, how they worked, how they operated, and all of the hardware inside them. Coupled with his love of “everything computers”, Eric has always been very friendly, approachable, and outgoing. He can translate the "web geek" jargon associated with web design into easy-to-understand information for those who may not be so tech savvy or understand the industry terminology. Eric's personality and background experience in technology, electronics, sales, and customer service help him understand and convey your website vision to accurately identify your company's demands and the web design services that will serve your company the best. His main focus is client communications, marketing, and managing social network accounts for our clients.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, skiing, anything sports-related, and being outdoors.
Andrea Kimes
Founder | Co-owner | Lead Web Designer
As technology has evolved, Andrea has grown right along with it, guiding WebLeaps through the many changes in website development over the years from the early days of non-responsive, table-based layouts and custom PHP code to modern responsive designs utilizing Bootstrap, HTML5, and WordPress. Website design has always been her passion, finding joy at the intersection of technology and design where a small change produces immediate, visible results. She loves designing websites, transforming initial concepts into fully developed, customized websites. When you work with WebLeaps, Andrea personally designs your site, whether it's built entirely from scratch or crafted from a carefully chosen WordPress starter template. Every website is uniquely tailored to reflect each client's business, helping them stand out and better serve their customers.
In 1997, Andrea got her first taste of website design. She started learning HTML and began creating websites for herself, family, and friends. Knowing there was a potential for a business in the future, she took classes in both Graphic Design and Computer Science before completing college with Associate Degrees in both Interactive Multimedia (a web design-based degree) and Small Business Management. During college, she interned with a website design company, and after graduation, worked there until she moved to the Poconos in 2003. In 2005, Eric and Andrea blended her hands-on experience and love of website design with Eric’s strengths and started WebLeaps. Her commitment to continuing education ensures that every website WebLeaps creates has access to the latest technology and is a perfect combination of functionality and design. With faith and family at the core of everything she does, Andrea takes great pride in using her talents to treat every customer's website as if it were her own. Andrea's main focus is creating custom websites, SEO, and email marketing.
After a busy day of designing, Andrea likes to unwind by spending time outdoors, going for a walk, watching a Netflix show, playing video games, or diving into a good puzzle.
Aiden Kimes
Front-End Developer | Website Designer
Aiden enjoys creating websites that are both visually appealing and user friendly. With his background in modern web technologies, front-end development, and information security, Aiden helps bring approved designs to life in a way that’s responsive, secure, and performance focused. His interest in emerging technologies like AI supports WebLeaps’ continued growth and commitment to innovative solutions.
Aiden is the eldest son of Eric and Andrea and joined WebLeaps full time in 2025 as a Front-End Developer and Website Designer. He holds associate degrees in Website Design and Information Security from Northampton Community College. His main focus is coding and maintaining websites, handling everything WordPress related, and building responsive websites using industry-standard frameworks and modern design tools.
In his free time, Aiden enjoys hanging out with friends, fishing, golfing, strength training, and playing guitar.
